How We Wore It: SPORTS STYLE

Fall is quickly approaching even though it doesn’t feel like it quite yet. Fall is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. With cooler weather comes sweaters, boots and of course… Football Season! I’m teaming up with three other amazing bloggers to show you some great ways to incorporate sports-inspired fashion into your everyday style! Be sure to check out their links below to see more of their great outfits! Also, we have a SPORTS STYLE GIVEAWAY going on the blog right now! See HERE to enter!

STAY TUNED NEXT WEEK FOR OUR SPORTS-INSPIRED GIVEAWAY FEATURING SOME AMAZING VENDORS AND PRIZES!

This is a perfect outfit for a fall night out to the football game. It shows off some team spirit without going completely overboard in sports attire.  Who doesn’t want to cheer for their favorite team and look cute doing it?  My husband is an EXTREME Utah Fan so he LOVES this outfit too! Growing up with both sides of my family loving BYU (they’re Utah’s rival team), some game days there’s a little contention between us ;)( I have learned to cheer for both teams… obviously!)
From the ripped boyfriend jeans, the graphic tee and the neutral heels, these together make a great, laidback combo perfect for a night out at the field!

Now She Want A Photo

I am counting down the days until this weekend! Anyone got fun Labor Day plans?? We are planning a little get-away to an undecided location but at this point I don't care where we go! I am definitely in need of some new scenery!

I've been working ten hour work days for the past month and I honestly feel like all I wear is work clothes. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE getting dressed up but I miss my graphic tees, leggings, and boyfriend jeans.

With this outfit, I decided to keep it professional but add a little "umph" to my  regular work attire. This bright, relaxed blazer and classic pencil skirt have been a favorite of mine and I couldn't help but pair them with this extremely comfy tee from Skip N' Whistle! Not only do I love the vintage camera graphic, but the material is so lightweight and will be perfect for layering for the fall! Check out Skip N' Whistle for great graphic tees, sweatshirts and more at an amazing price! Who doesn't love affordable fashion pieces?

**REMINDER! Enter the MY PACIFIC PEARLS GIVEAWAY today, a pearl necklace valued at $250 is up for grabs! it ends at Midnight Tonight!! Good luck!

It's On for Comic Con.

Don't you ever wish the weekend would just last forever? I was able to have some fun with the in-laws at the country fair, got to attend the Bountiful temple and relax with my honey, and then got to teach my first primary lesson this Sunday for our church! See my instagram account @unpredictableandchic to catch some photos from my weekend! Don't forget about the My Pacific Pearls giveaway, where one lucky winner will win their own white pearl necklace valued at $250! You have until Wednesday August 28th at Midnight to enter!

I have been counting down the days until this post went live. This dress is AMAZING!! My husband surprised me with this adorable bodycon dress for my birthday and I literally freaked out when I got it.
Yes, I am obsessed with Avengers. It's a bit odd given the fact that I didn't grow up with ANY brothers and that I didn't even know who the Avengers were until 5-6 years ago.  After seeing Thor and the Iron Man movies, I've been hooked ever since. My sister and I share this same love for the Avengers and now we share a collection of super hero shirts courtesy of the little boy section at Walmart! ( You'd be surprised all the great graphic tees you can find!)  Even if you don't like the Avengers much, you gotta admit.... Robert Downey Jr. ( Iron Man) is a badass and Chris Hemsworth (Thor) has the body of a God!

I love this outfit because it's a direct expression of my personality. While it's a pretty bold, in-your-face kind of dress that shows off every curve, which I'm not always comfortable with... but I love it. I'm excited to sport this for the Salt Lake City Comic Con going on September 5-7, 2013 at the Salt Lake Convention Center! Downtown is going to be crazy during those days, I'm just hoping to see some great costumes and a few famous people if I'm lucky!

vest to impress.

Is anyone ready for Fall? or is it just ME! I am getting so ready to start wearing sweaters, scarves, layering pieces and spending fall nights watching football games and camping. I also can't say how happy I am that I don't have to go back to school! Having graduated in December 2011, I miss college so much, all the amazing people I met and the fun activites but definitely don't miss that homework! Good luck to all of you who start school today, live in up while you can because the real world ( jobs, bills, etc.) isn't always all it's cracked up to be!

I am in love with gold accessories but decided I should take a break and wear some of my silver pieces that have been hiding away in my closet! I am in LOVE with these silver heels, they are such a great addition to any outfit, especially paired with skinny jeans! This vest has been and will be one of my favorites, even though my boobs have gotten bigger so it doesn't fit like it use to! :(

- Jackie Kennedy
I couldn’t be happier to show off these amazing pearls from My Pacific Pearls today. This necklace has easily become my most favorite jewelry item and I can't wait to tell you all about it!

Not only do the pearls come in this adorable box, but My Pacific Pearls also includes a certificate of authenticity, so you don’t have to question whether the pearls are fake or not!

Normally I don’t like to spend a lot of money on jewelry but think about it… if you wear a particular accessory all the time, why not spend the money to get a quality item that will last you for years to come? When it comes to pearls, I wear them constantly! Pearls are a timeless classic, the perfect accessory to add a little glam to your closet and they are so easy to dress up or down!  I have worn this Bua Bay pearl necklace so much lately, from work meetings to family get-togethers, dinner dates with my husband Koy, and even a quick run to the grocery shop.  It still looks as beautiful and shiny as the day I got it!

I am so pleased with pearl necklace I received from My PacificPearls. There really isn't anything about this necklace that I didn't like. This necklace is exactly the perfect length, it's beautiful and is definitely something I will be wearing lots here on the blog! xo xo xo

If you know me, you know that I love the "XO" symbol. I have loved it since my mom started writing it on my birthday cards as a young girl. Hugs and Kisses is what it stands for. Those are two things I always need. The "XO" symbol is a reminder that I need to cherish the time that I have with people that I love and to not forget to make sure that they know that I love them. When I saw this necklace featured on Groopdealz, I couldn't resist. It is from the shop, Western Chic Couture and they have some amazing products! Be sure to check out their website and get one of your own "XO" necklaces!

Pisa + Florence: Italy MUST-DOs!

Italy was seriously so much fun! We loved every moment there, and visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa was an amazing experience! We took a few goofy photos, which of course is a tourist must! See below for my MUST-DOs when visiting Pisa & Florence!

We were also able to visit Florence, Italy for two days! It was a beautiful city with an awesome bridge and of course... the Duomo! We loved seeing the Statue of David and exploring the city. We HAD to try the gelato there and I must say... it was to die for!

We got to stay in this beautiful home in Tuscany, Italy and I would LOVE to go back there again! It was beyond gorgeous and a lot more green than I expected! It reminded me a lot of Utah at times.

MY LIST OF MUST-DOs WHEN VISITING FLORENCE & PISA
1. The only thing to do in Pisa is really the square where the Leaning tower is, the Cathedral, and the Baptistery. All are very cool and I definitely would recommend going into all of them!
2. Florence- View the Duomo, with the largest dome in the world, it's definitely something you want to see!
3. Open Art Gallery- this is where many statues are in the main square of Florence, we had a great time hanging out there and seeing all the various statues from different artists
4. Markets- There are so many great shopping areas in Florence, we loved seeing the leather making factories and checking out the unique shops throughout town
